Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Whisk all of the dry ingredients together.
  2. Whisk milk, egg and vanilla together.
  3. Add the milk mixture into the dry ingredients, gently fold until combined.
  4. Stir in the melted butter.
  5. Pour batter into a heated pan/griddle (about medium).
  6. Cook until the bubbles start to pop in the batter, flip and cook for a few more minutes, or until pancakes are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Repeat until batter is gone, or until you have enough pancakes.

Extra pancakes freeze very well.
