Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- Dash of cinnamon
Directions
- Whisk all of the dry ingredients together.
- Whisk milk, egg and vanilla together.
- Add the milk mixture into the dry ingredients, gently fold until combined.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Pour batter into a heated pan/griddle (about medium).
- Cook until the bubbles start to pop in the batter, flip and cook for a few more minutes, or until pancakes are golden brown and cooked through.
- Repeat until batter is gone, or until you have enough pancakes.
Notes
Extra pancakes freeze very well.
