Ingredients
- Pie crust (homemade or store bought)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- Garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Whatever mix-ins you like (cheddar, broccoli, bacon, peppers, etc.)
Directions
- Fill muffin tins with pie crust.
- Whisk together the rest of the ingredients.
- Add whatever mix-ins you desire.
- Pour the egg mixture into each “muffin.”
- Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
