Ingredients
- Thick sliced bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- Dash of salt
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Dip the bread into the custard mixture.
- Place in a preheated pan (medium-low) and cook until browned, flip and cook until other side is browned.
- Repeat until custard mixture is gone, or until you have enough french toast.
Notes
Extra french toast freezes very well.
