Ingredients
Oat crumble
- 89g (1 cup) oats
- 90g (3/4 cup) all purpose flour
- 25g (1/4 cup) ground flaxseed
- 50g (1/4 cup) sugar
- 50g (1/4 cup) brown sugar
- 113g (8 tbsp) butter (softened)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of salt
Apple filling
- 3-4 apples (diced, peeled if desired)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 50g (1/4 cup) brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients for the oat crumble and set aside.
- Prepare apples and combine with the rest of the apple filling ingredients.
- Add apple filling into a 8×8 pan. Top with oat crumble.
- Bake 375°F for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
