Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp citrus juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Garlic (3-4 cloves, crushed)
  • Salt and pepper (desired amount)

Directions

  1. Make the marinade by whisking all ingredients until fully incorporated.
  2. Pour marinade over pork tenderloin and let marinate for a couple of hours, or up to a day.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake approximately 40-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 160°F degrees. Let rest about 10 minutes before serving.
