Ingredients
- 2 15ounce cans pinto beans (1 can blended with its liquid, 1 can drained)
- 1/2 of an onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeño, finely diced
- Garlic (desired amount, minced)
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper
- Hot sauce (desired amount)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Directions
- Saute onion, jalapeño, and garlic.
- Over medium heat, add the rest of the ingredients to the pot (except the cheese) and heat through.
- Add the cheese and stir until melted.
