Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 5 tbsp butter (melted)
  • Garlic (4-5 cloves, minced)
  • 2 lemons (juice and zest one, slice the other)
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Season both sides of the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the tilapia.
  3. Place the lemon rounds on top of the tilapia.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is fork-tender.
