Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- Garlic (5-6 cloves, minced)
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh sage
- 1 can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1 can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- Red pepper flakes (desired amount)
- Salt and pepper (desired amount)
Directions
- Heat oil in pan over medium. Add the diced onion, cook until soft and translucent.
- Add the garlic and sage, cook for about 5 minutes.
- Lower the heat to medium-low and the rest of the ingredients.
- Simmer until liquid is reduced, about 15-20 minutes.
