Ingredients
- 2lbs chicken thighs
- 12-18oz peach jam
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients until well combined. Pour over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Shred chicken and serve.
