Ingredients

  • 2lbs chicken thighs
  • 12-18oz peach jam
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • Dash of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients until well combined. Pour over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  4. Shred chicken and serve.
