Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • Garlic (desired amount)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1/2lb elbow macaroni pasta
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

Directions

  1. Saute the ground beef, onion, and garlic.
  2. Add the flour and seasonings. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in the tomato sauce, broth, and noodles.
  4. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Then reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until noodles are cooked through- stirring occasionally, to ensure it is not sticking to the bottom.
  5. Stir in the cheese until fully melted.
