Ingredients
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 onion (diced)
- Garlic (desired amount)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1/2lb elbow macaroni pasta
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Directions
- Saute the ground beef, onion, and garlic.
- Add the flour and seasonings. Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Mix in the tomato sauce, broth, and noodles.
- Cover with a lid and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Then reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until noodles are cooked through- stirring occasionally, to ensure it is not sticking to the bottom.
- Stir in the cheese until fully melted.
