Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen peas
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • Garlic (4-6 cloves, crushed)
  • Salt and pepper (desired amount)

Directions

  1. Brown the butter in a pan over medium heat, I add the crushed garlic into the butter while it is browning.
  2. Pour the frozen peas into a pan (I typically use an 8×8 baking dish).
  3. Pour the browned butter and garlic over the top of the peas, the butter will immediately harden on the frozen peas but mix it up as best you can.
  4. Add desired amount of salt and pepper.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes, mixing them halfway.
