Ingredients
- 12 ounces frozen peas
- 6 tbsp butter
- Garlic (4-6 cloves, crushed)
- Salt and pepper (desired amount)
Directions
- Brown the butter in a pan over medium heat, I add the crushed garlic into the butter while it is browning.
- Pour the frozen peas into a pan (I typically use an 8×8 baking dish).
- Pour the browned butter and garlic over the top of the peas, the butter will immediately harden on the frozen peas but mix it up as best you can.
- Add desired amount of salt and pepper.
- Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes, mixing them halfway.
