Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 5 tbsp butter (melted)
- Garlic (4-5 cloves, minced)
- 2 lemons (juice and zest one, slice the other)
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Season both sides of the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.
- Whisk the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the tilapia.
- Place the lemon rounds on top of the tilapia.
- Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is fork-tender.
