Ingredients

  • Sugar cookie dough (store bought or homemade, your choice)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 8 ounce tub of whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Fruit (washed and diced/cut to desired size)
  • Glaze
    • 1/2 cup juice (apple works well)
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 tbsp corn starch
    • 2 tbsp cold water

Directions

  1. Prepare sugar cookie dough by spreading out in a pan (9×13 pan is preferred), and baking according to package/recipe directions. Let cool completely.
  2. While the sugar cookie is cooling, prepare the glaze. Bring the juice to a boil with the sugar, remove from heat and add cornstarch/water mix. Allow to cool completely and thicken.
  3. Blend cream cheese, whipped topping, and vanilla until smooth and no lumps remain.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of cooled cookie.
  5. Top with desired amount of fruit (I like to put a lot of fruit on mine).
  6. Drizzle glaze over the top and serve.

Notes

Use any combination of fruit you’d like- strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple, etc.
