Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix
  • 8 ounce tub of whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 egg
  • Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Combine cake mix, whipped topping, and egg in a bowl until combined. The dough will be VERY fluffy and sticky.
  2. Drop the dough into the powdered sugar and roll until the dough ball is completely covered. (A small cookie scoop works best for this, but 2 spoons will work just fine too.)
  3. Set cookies on prepared sheet about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake at 350°F for approximately 8 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden brown.
  5. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

Use any flavor of cake mix that you desire.
