Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix
- 8 ounce tub of whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 egg
- Powdered sugar
Directions
- Combine cake mix, whipped topping, and egg in a bowl until combined. The dough will be VERY fluffy and sticky.
- Drop the dough into the powdered sugar and roll until the dough ball is completely covered. (A small cookie scoop works best for this, but 2 spoons will work just fine too.)
- Set cookies on prepared sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 350°F for approximately 8 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden brown.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

Use any flavor of cake mix that you desire.
