Ingredients
- Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp stir-fry oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- A dash of Sriracha
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1lb ground meat
- Garlic (minced, add desired amount)
- Ginger (grated, add desired amount)
- 1-2 carrots (grated)
- 1 onion (diced)
- Salt and pepper (desired amount)
Directions
- Prepare the veggies. Whisk together the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
- Saute the meat with the veggies until cooked through. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Prepare the noodles according to package instructions while cooking the meat and veggies, drain when cooked through.
- Combine the meat mixture, cooked noodles, and the sauce mixture.
- Serve immediately.

Use any ground meat that you desire.
