Ingredients

  • Sauce
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp water
    • 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
    • 1 tsp stir-fry oil
    • 1 tbsp brown sugar
    • A dash of Sriracha
  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 1lb ground meat
  • Garlic (minced, add desired amount)
  • Ginger (grated, add desired amount)
  • 1-2 carrots (grated)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • Salt and pepper (desired amount)

Directions

  1. Prepare the veggies. Whisk together the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
  2. Saute the meat with the veggies until cooked through. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  3. Prepare the noodles according to package instructions while cooking the meat and veggies, drain when cooked through.
  4. Combine the meat mixture, cooked noodles, and the sauce mixture.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use any ground meat that you desire.
