Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp citrus juice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Garlic (3-4 cloves, crushed)
- Salt and pepper (desired amount)
Directions
- Make the marinade by whisking all ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Pour marinade over pork tenderloin and let marinate for a couple of hours, or up to a day.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake approximately 40-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 160°F degrees. Let rest about 10 minutes before serving.
